Purchase Tokens

Step 1: View Offering Details

On the Active Offerings page, you will see a list of offerings available on our platform. Please click on View Details to read further about the offering and financials. If you are ready to invest, you may click Invest Now.


Step 2: You will find our main presentation material for the offering on this page. You can also download additional materials by selecting any item from the Relevant Documents dropdown on the page.

If you click the Message Administrator button, it will redirect to the Active Projects homepage. If you'd like to chat with a Support Specialist, please click on the Support tab in the side menu or otherwise e-mail support@mydhan.io.


Step 3: Click Invest Now to Purchase Tokens

When you are ready, click Invest Now to purchase tokens. You will be redirected to the Submit Investment Offer page.


Step 4: Review Investment Offer

 You will be redirected to the Submit Investment Offer page.

Select Payment Currency

We currently offer payments in USD and USDC. Please note the conversion rate between the two is: ₵1.00 = $1.00. You may make payments through regular US Dollars or through USDC, the ethereum based cryptocurrency equivalent to the USD. 

You may make payments for USD by selecting USD for Payment Currency. You may make payments in USDC by selecting USDC for Payment Currency.

You may pay through USDC if you have the same in your transferred to your Ethereum wallet in Metamask sufficient for the transaction with gas fees. Regular USD payments may be made through wire transfer or other payment channels made available on a token-by-token basis.


Step 5: Select Investor Entity

We offer the option to invest as and through multiple entity types. For example, you may invest through your IRA LLC for example. You may invest an an individual. You may invest through a business also.

You must set up an entity in order to purchase, even if that entity is you as an individual. You can set up an entity either by clicking on the button as shown in the screenshot or by clicking the Investor Ownership tab in the side menu. 

If you've already set this up, please select the investing entity you would like to purchase and receive ownership of the token.

Step 6: Send Buy Tokens Request

Enter the token quantity for purchase. Click on the Send Buy Tokens Request button, once you are ready. A confirmation pop-up will appear to let you know the request has been submitted.


Step 7: Complete Contracts or T&C Acknowledgements

Navigate to Contracts or T&C Acknowledgements

Complete any document contracts available for signature relevant to your token. You will be redirected to this page after completing a Buy Request. You can also navigate to this page by clicking on the My Portfolio tab in the side menu and clicking Sign next to the pending transaction. 

This will take you back to the page displaying Contracts for Signing.

Click Sign Now to view the document available for signing.

Step 8: Sign Contracts or Complete T&C Acknowledgements

You will find a small investor letter on this page. Please click the blue link to complete signing externally through Adobe Sign. The document to be acknowledged will open in a new tab and you will need to return to this previous page on the platform once you are finished with the signing process through Adobe. Once you've submitted the document through Adobe, our staff will review the same. You will receive the completed document copy via your email within 1-2 hours of submission.

While you are waiting to receive this copy, you may continue along the checkout process. Please navigate back to Contracts for Signing tab section displaying the Investor letter. Once you've complete any documents for signature, as applicable, please mark as signed in the Signature section just below. Click Confirm & Save. Steps 9: Complete Payment Processing

You will then be able to view the Payment Details page. 

If only one payment method is active on the platform for the token, then you will payment instructions pop-up with a Send Deposit Alert button. Alternatively, if multiple payment methods are available for the token, the Payment Details page will display multiple options. 

Other than for direct payments through Metamask wallet with USDC, all payments completed must be manually entered as deposited through the Deposit Funds button after completion.

Please click on Send Deposit Alert followingly to confirm payment has been made or sent.

Step 10: Once you Send Deposit Alert, our staff will verify payment and ensure that your wallet has been properly whitelisted for smooth token transfer. 

Step 11: If the wallet account you would like to receive your newly purchased token has not yet been whitelisted, you may act to complete this step on the Wallet Management page by connecting your wallet to your Metamask extension Wallet Account. Please view the section on Connecting Wallet in this site for more detailed instructions for this. You will then need to click Add Address. 

Step 12: You will receive an email once your wallet has been whitelisted and token transferred to your wallet. 

Step 13: Upon receiving this email, once you click import token whilst logged into your metamask wallet with the account you've listed connected to the Investor Dashboard, you'll be able to import the token into your wallet by clicking Import Token. 

Step 14: The Metamask extension in Chrome will automatically appear as long as you are signed into the appropriate Wallet and the right Account is connected to the Investor Dashboard. 

Once the Metamask extension pops up with a page asking if you'd like to Add Suggested Tokens, proceed to click the Add token button.

You will be able to view the token in your Metamask wallet account thereafter for your full custody and control.
